What to Expect
Wax & edge service for your whole group.
We bring the van to your event location.
Depending on the number of participants, we’ll provide an estimate of how much gear we can process.
Parking: We prefer parking bays inside, but only need up to two parking spaces.
Note: Please bring only skis and snowboards (no gear bags, boots, straps, poles, etc.) to ensure smooth setup and service.

We recommend booking at least a week in advance. A 30% deposit secures your spot.
How to Book
Fill out our event request form with required details.
We’ll send an estimate and confirm all details.
Once approved, we’ll send an invoice with a link to pay the deposit.
Once the deposit is paid, you are booked on the calendar!
EVENT Day
Ski Doc arrives 30 minutes early for setup.
Gear racks, wax stations, and electric connections are prepared.
Guests drop off their skis/boards; we record contact info.
Work is completed in order received, unless a special request is noted.
Finished gear is placed in a designated pickup area by the van; guests are notified.
After the event, the area is cleaned, and an invoice is sent.
