What we offer
Give your team a winter perk they'll actually use! We bring a mobile ski shop straight to your location. We offer our signature edge and wax for your whole group.
We bring the van to your event location
Professional edge sharpening for control and grip on the mountain.
High-quality infrared wax for smooth, fast glide.
Digital or print RSVP list can be provided for attendees to fill out.
When completed, each guest will receive a text message to pick up their gear.
event day
The team arrives 30 minutes before start time for setup.
Gear racks, wax stations, and electric connections are set out and prepared.
Guests drop off their skis/boards at designated start time.
Work is completed in order received, unless a special request is noted.
*For RSVP events, we can break up drop-off times into windows.
Finished gear is placed in a designated pickup area by the van; guests are notified via text.
After the event, the area is cleaned, and an invoice is sent.
SPECIAL NOTES
We need a 9’x18’ area at a minimum, or approximately two parking spaces.
To ensure smooth service, please have guests bring only skis and snowboards (no gear bags, boots, straps, poles, etc.)
A 30% deposit is collected upon invoice, with the remaining due after event completion.
Gear will be marked and processed in the order it was received.
Brand new gear doesn't need sharpening yet - in these cases, we'll perform a wax only.
PRICING
25–34 Edge & Waxes: $2,000–$2,720
35–49 Edge & Waxes: $2,800–$3,920
50+ Edge & Waxes: $4,000+
*Secure your booking before Oct 1st and mention the “early booking discount” for 10% off!
Please note a 30% deposit secures your spot. Once the deposit is paid, you are confirmed and booked on the calendar. The final payment is due after event completion
Booking Process
Please fill out our event request form with all required details.
We’ll send an estimate to confirm all details.
Once approved, we’ll send an invoice with a link to pay the deposit.
We will finalize any other details like start time, parking, pick-up/drop-off area, electric hookups, etc.
We can send over a digital RSVP list to encourage participation.
Once the deposit is paid, you are booked on the calendar!
